As we move forward into this new year, all of us at Kimmel & Associates believe it’s more important than ever to check in with our valued friends and industry partners.

The last two years have been challenging, to say the least, but they have also given us the chance to learn new things and grow in new ways that have made us stronger, more resilient, and in many ways, better at our jobs.

We have seen much of our client base - and our own company - incorporate and thrive in remote/flex working capacities. This new work option ensures that employees have the flexibility to do their jobs well while keeping their physical and mental health at the forefront and giving the time they need to their families.

We have also seen our industry continue to work together to navigate these unprecedented times, with the understanding and genuine belief that we are always stronger together than apart. It is with this attitude and spirit of community that we will push forward through this season and into whatever comes next. We know now, more than ever, that we can handle anything by leading with integrity, working with a servant’s heart, and surrounding ourselves with people who truly strive to be the best in the world at what they do.

No matter what the future holds, we are excited and grateful to face it with all of you. We look forward to the opportunity to continue to build this “new normal” together throughout this year and beyond.
