$100M National Disaster Restoration Company seeking a Regional Account Manager for their Seattle office. Disaster Restoration company specializing in commercial projects, both mitigation and reconstruction. They have been in the industry for 13+ years now. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts
- Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific market segments
- Prospect and set up appointments via Zoom and face-to-face
- Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities
- Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations
- Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information up-to-date and all activities current
- Participate and represent the company in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events
- Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales/BD in commercial disaster restoration.
- Prefer BD Manager with experience selling $1M+ annually.
- Commercial verticals including Multi-Family, Educational, Higher Education, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality and/or Manufacturing.
- Proven Sales experience with a strong new and existing client base.
