About the Position:

This company is seeking a motivated and results-driven recycling equipment Sales professional to join their dynamic Americas based team. This role will focus on the Southern region of the United States where you will be responsible for managing sales of Mobile and Stationary shredders and building strong relationships with clients in the recycling industry. Your expertise in recycling equipment and a passion for sustainability will be essential in promoting their products and services.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the recycling or waste management industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of recycling equipment and technology, with the ability to explain technical details to clients.
  • Experience with dealer development and management as well as direct sales experience to end users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while being part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned regions in the USA for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid Passport required with occasional travel to Company headquarters in Europe.
  • Commercially educated with in-depth technical understanding, or a technical education with strong commercial understanding.
  • Ability to effectively present information, business cases, product specs, etc. towards customers, other stakeholders, and the public.
  • Experienced working with complex project sales of high value industrial equipment.
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Teams, Salesforce, and IT in general.
