Hiring a Superintendent for multifamily projects of $50M+ in the Nashville area.

Requirements:

Applicants must have prior experience building 250-400+ unit multifamily apartments, condos, hotels or dormitories.

Applicants must have 8 or more years as a Superintendent for a GC.
