Currently, they are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support a major mission critical initiative to join their team in the Columbus, Ohio area.

About the Position

The company is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all phases of a large-scale, technically complex construction project located in Sandusky, OH. This role requires full-time onsite presence and is anticipated to span approximately 36 months.

As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for field operations, schedule and budget oversight, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control. This is a leadership role best suited for a professional with a proven background in large-scale, mission critical construction—particularly data center experience.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in construction management, with at least several years on large or technically intensive projects

• Data center or mission critical facility experience strongly preferred

• Proven success managing teams, subcontractors, and field operations on complex construction sites

• In-depth understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality management

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to interface effectively with owners, engineers, and vendors

• Must be local to Sandusky, OH, with the ability to be onsite full-time
