About the Position:
Hiring for a General Manager. Reporting to the COO, This role Provides overall leadership and representation of the craft division by setting and meeting business objectives, including safety practices/standards, financial accountability, customer service standards and operational processes and procedures.
Responsible for Team Leadership: Operational Management: Business Development: Financial Oversight P&L: Long term Strategic Planning: Compliance and Risk Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent field
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial and/or industrial project construction responsibility on substantially sized projects
- Strong skills in MS Office and working knowledge of industry related computer programs
