About the Position:
Hiring for a Project Manager, to establish and implement project plans, manage project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, forecast revenue and profitability, manage all quality assurance, and change control processes, and always enforce site safety.
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering. Other degrees in addition to heavy civil work experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of prior Project Management experience for a heavy civil general contractor is required.
• Must possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, Owner Contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project
related documents.
