About the Position:
Hiring a Service Manager responsible for managing the service operations within the dealership to maximize ROI by optimizing the Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to branch personnel, shop/truck upkeep, safety and maintenance, daily communications with all techs, closing work orders, and ensures good working relationships are maintained with customers, co-workers, sales, and other branches.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in Service Department operations
• Familiar with Heavy equipment products
• Knowledge of safe job practices & regulations related to OSHA, MSHA
• High School diploma and/or trade school completion in an appropriate field
