About the PositionHiring for an Estimator, responsible for accurate takeoffs of commercial and industrial HVAC projects up to 7 figures in value. Additional duties include reading specifications and bid documents, preparing and submitting RFIs, attending walkthroughs and job inspections, obtaining bids from vendors and subs and maintaining estimating software as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior experience Estimating in the mechanical construction industry.
- Proficient in Estimating software such as AutoCAD.
