-
What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
Working with some of my favorite people in the world...truly. People who will help in any way about anything, as I would for them. Business or personal. Unlike any company I have ever been around. -
What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
The realization of how critical getting the right person in the right role is to our clients and to the candidates they hire, including the cultural fit…the cost of a bad hire. -
What is your greatest strength in your role?
Building trusted, long-term relationships. -
What can clients and candidates expect from you?
Great communication, loyalty, and candid descriptions of clients and candidates. -
What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
The ability, through trusted relationships, to check “un-named references.” It lets us look behind the curtain, beyond the resume, and get a true evaluation of the person, from technical, cultural, and ethical perspectives. -
Do you have a favorite quote or book?
Quote: “A man’s got to know his limitations.” - Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry
Book: Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett -
What causes are you passionate about?
Supporting third-world children and no-kill animal shelters. -
Personal interests?
Travel (Italy and Switzerland top the list!). Sports: Cubs/Bears. Restaurant: A little place out in the middle of Tuscany that made pasta with fresh truffles.
