We sat down with Jerry and asked him the following:
-
What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
I’ve been with Kimmel for more than 20 years. It is a great company that treats the employees with respect and gratitude. -
What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
Our founder taught us to ‘work with a servant’s heart’ and I fully bought in! -
What is your greatest strength as a consultant?
To listen to the person I am speaking with and do my best to meet their needs. -
What can clients and candidates expect from you?
It is not just a job and a paycheck; I enjoy helping people better themselves. -
Do you have a favorite book?
Yes, the Bible. -
What causes are you passionate about?
Faith, family, and friends. I love to take beach vacations with my wife (of more than 40 years), kids, and grandkids. I enjoy sports of all kinds: football, basketball, and baseball to name a few. I can’t necessarily play all of those sports now that I am a little older, so I stick to my golf, which my wife calls a sickness.
