Danny Moore

IT Services Engineer

Danny joined Kimmel & Associates in 2023 as IT Services Engineer.

Danny has more than 20 years of experience as an IT Director and software developer across multiple industries.

He earned an associate degree in Computer Science from Indian River Community College, and he is proficient in multiple programming languages, including vb.net, asp.net, MS SQL, Access, vb6, HTML, C#, RPGII, RPGIII, RPGILE, Cobol, Clipper, Microsoft X+, Java, and AJAX.

In his spare time, Danny enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

We sat down with Danny and asked him the following:

• What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
  The atmosphere – one of the best companies at making you feel at home. The people are welcoming and easy to get along with. The atmosphere has everything to offer.
• What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
  To be open to learning new things and doing what you love.
• What is your greatest strength in your role?
  I believe my greatest strength is being able to problem solve, something I have always enjoyed.
• Describe the most rewarding experience of your career.
  I was given the opportunity to work on nonprofit software that millions used daily.
• Favorite book?
  John Grisham – The Firm.
• What causes are you passionate about?
  Mission 22 – It is a national community supporting the current military and veterans, including their families.
