-
What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
There is a familial atmosphere, and it is an employee-focused company that provides incredible opportunities to be creative in how you operate and serve others. They build lasting relationships and stress working with a servant’s heart to make positive contributions every day. -
What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
You must be intensely curious about why things are the way they are to imagine the better ways they can become. -
What is your greatest strength in your role?
The ability to create innovative solutions to solve unique issues and help achieve our goals. -
Describe the most rewarding experience of your career.
Waiting tables in high school and college - it taught me how to read people, converse with strangers, defuse situations, and anticipate needs to better serve someone. -
Favorite quote?
“I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!” - Psalm 27:13. You have a choice to personally see the goodness of the Lord right here and right now in your day to day and that always motivates and helps me. I also love the quote, “If you don’t know where you are going any road can take you there” (Lewis Carroll), as I fully believe in the power of being intentional with any/all decisions that you make. -
What causes are you passionate about?
I volunteer to serve on the Eliada Homes board of trustees in support of child development and opportunities for youth. -
Personal interests?
Spending time with my wife and two daughters, mountain biking, exercising, cooking, farming, the Kansas Jayhawks, and the Carolina Panthers!
