Jeremy Carver
Executive Vice PresidentJeremy began his career with Kimmel & Associates in 2006. He has spent his entire career with Kimmel & Associates serving the general construction market in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Previously, he worked for several years with a civil engineering firm after receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2000.
What Jeremy most wants clients to know about him is that they will not find anyone else in the search industry who works harder than he does to find the absolute best candidates.
He and his wife, Lorraine, have three children: Josie and twins Sadie and Duncan.
Jeremy has many hobbies. He is an avid tennis player and outdoorsman who also enjoys biking, camping, hiking, kayaking, and coaching youth programs. He also participates in many charitable events through the Kimmel & Associates’ Goodwill Program.

What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?

I am truly invested in making sure our clients find the best candidates possible, and for candidates to find a home where their careers can thrive. -

What causes are you passionate about?
Youth coaching. I love working with kids and teaching life building blocks/lessons. -
Personal interests?
All UNC athletics (I am a Tar Heel). My family loves to travel – we’ve been to 40+ states and 5+ countries together. When I am not involved with all of my kids’ sports and activities, I try to squeeze in some time to play tennis.
