-
What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
No two days are ever the same. Recruiting is a human puzzle, and we are tasked with putting it together. Our leadership and support staff give us a variety of tools to assemble that puzzle. The rest is in our hands. -
What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
This profession, although very tough, can be extremely rewarding. We get to help people. It is refreshing to know that what we do can make an immediate impact. -
What is your greatest strength in your role?
My communication and listening skills. You have to know when to speak, what questions to ask, and when to be quiet. -
What can clients and candidates expect from you?
Transparency from the beginning of the process to the end. It may not always come out in a win-win situation, but I give real-time feedback either way. -
What makes you different from other recruiters in your industry?
That’s a tough question. I work with some of the best recruiters in the world, and what I have found is that no 2 are exactly the same. At the end of the day, just be yourself - people respect that. -
Do you have a favorite movie or quote?
Movie: The Goonies. I’m an ‘80s kids and have seen that movie probably 1,000+ times. Hard to say which character is my favorite.
Quote: “I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” – Michael Jordan -
Personal interests?
Die-hard UGA and Atlanta sports fan (Braves, Hawks, Falcons). I also enjoy traveling and watching sports with my wife and being a “girl dad” to 3 amazing young ladies.
