Daniel Manning
RecruiterDaniel started his career in 2011 with Kimmel & Associates’ sister company, ConstructionJobs.com, as a Client Services Representative. He later served as an Accountant before being promoted to Account Executive and Sales and Operations Manager.
In 2023, Daniel joined Kimmel & Associates as Digital Recruiting Manager, and in 2024, he transitioned to a Recruiter role in the Mechanical & Electrical Division.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing disc golf and sand volleyball.

What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
The aspect I cherish most about working at Kimmel & Associates is undoubtedly my co-workers. I am genuinely thankful to be surrounded by such motivated individuals whose support and guidance have played a pivotal role in propelling my career forward. -
What is one thing you learned early in your career that has made you successful?
One thing I learned early in my career that has contributed to my success is the importance of adaptability. I realized that being open to learning new skills and embracing change is crucial in navigating today's dynamic work environments and staying ahead in a constantly evolving world. -
What is your greatest strength in your role?
Building long-lasting and trusted relationships. -

Helping our clients and candidates reach the next step in their career and identifying the right people for the job. -
Favorite book?
I enjoy immersing myself in the captivating worlds of sci-fi and fantasy, with favorites such as the thrilling Red Rising series by Pierce Brown and the enchanting The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. -
What causes are you passionate about?
I proudly served as a foster parent for Brother Wolf Animal Shelter in Asheville before ultimately adopting my furry companion, Oreo. -
Personal interests?
Weightlifting, sand volleyball, disc golf, video games, and spending time with my wife (Savannah) and our two dogs (Piper and Oreo).
