Chris joined Kimmel & Associates in 2023 as Director of Supply Chain Recruiting.

Previously, Chris spent over 20 years in executive-level operations and customer service roles in the supply chain industry.

He earned a BS in Education from Bowling Green State University and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Amazon.

In his spare time, Chris is an avid traveler and sports junkie, and he loves getting together with his family and friends who are spread out across the country.

We sat down with Chris and asked him the following:

• What do you like most about working at Kimmel & Associates?
  I’ve always loved helping my friends and colleagues discover the next steps in their career, so to be able to do this now professionally is a dream come true. I’m excited that I can leverage what I’ve done in the supply chain world throughout my career to help clients and candidates.
• Describe the most rewarding experience of your career.
  Mentoring colleagues and assisting them in their career path. Sometimes that extra time coaching was exactly what they needed to get a promotion or land a new job. Those moments can be life changing for them and I’m thrilled to have helped contribute to their success.
• What can clients and candidates expect from you?
  Having worked in the supply chain world for over 20 years, at some point in my career I’ve probably done the job that my clients are trying to fill. That hands-on experience helps me understand in great detail the nuances of each position. This helps me find the right talent and the right roles for my candidates.
